ICU Registered Nurse

• Hourly Pay: $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)

• Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.25/hr

• Specialty: +$1.50/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

We are hiring full-time ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for both day and night shifts with rotating weekends. This is a great opportunity for experienced critical care nurses to join a high-performing intensive care unit. You'll work in a fast-paced setting focused on delivering exceptional, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Available Shifts

• Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

• Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)

• Mixed Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to critically ill patients

• Monitor and manage ventilators, telemetry, and vasoactive medications

• Act as a patient advocate while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care goals

• Work collaboratively with other ICU staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• 1+ year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting

• Active RN license (FL license or Compact License with Florida application in process)

• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred

• CCRN preferred
