ICU, MICU & ER Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Units Hiring
Ocala, Florida – North Central Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends
Salary Range: $30.60 – $45.90 per hour depending on experience and unit
Shift Differentials
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr (Fri 11 PM – Sun 11 PM, minimum 4 hours worked)
Sign-On Bonuses
ICU RN
$10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights
MICU RN
$15,000 Nights (Day shift sign-on to be confirmed during screening)
ER RN
$15,000 Days | $10,000 Nights
Relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Overview
A 323-bed Level I Trauma Center in Ocala, Florida is expanding several critical care and emergency nursing teams.
This hospital serves as the primary trauma and critical care referral center for North Central Florida and is also the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in the region.

Units Currently Hiring
ICU RN
48-bed intensive care unit treating high-acuity medical and surgical patients.
Schedule: Days and nights available | Rotating weekends
Experience Required
• 1 year acute care RN experience within the last 3 years
• ICU, ER, or PCU background preferred
• Strong Med-Surg candidates may be considered
Certifications
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 30 days
• TNCC or CCRN within 1 year of hire
MICU RN
Medical Intensive Care Unit caring for complex medical patients requiring advanced monitoring.
Schedule: Days and nights available | Rotating weekends
Experience Required
• 1 year acute care RN experience within the last 3 years
• ICU, PCU, or strong Med-Surg background preferred
Certifications
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 90 days
Emergency Room RN
High-volume emergency department within a Level I Trauma Center.
Schedule: Nights only | Rotating weekends
Experience Required
• 1 year recent experience in Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, or Emergency Department
This ER accepts candidates transitioning from other acute care specialties.
Certifications
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 90 days
• PALS within 90 days
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within 6 months
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months
Minimum Qualifications
• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license
• ASN or Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred for ICU roles)
• BLS certification current or obtained within 30 days of start
Unit-specific certifications apply depending on department.

Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
All positions follow a three 12-hour shift schedule with rotating weekends.
