Job Description

Job Title: ICT Technician

Reporting Lines: Head of Production and IT Manager

Purpose of the position:

To assist with managing servers and network infrastructure, to ensure that all computers and software are fit for purpose. You will be given assistance and support from senior IT staff when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Troubleshooting expertise in PC and Windows 11 hardware and software

MCSA/MCSE qualification or equivalent 4 to 5 years’ experience in desktops and networks

Mid-level systems administration experience (4-5 years)

Networking: TCP/IP, Wireless, DNS, DHCP knowledge, knowledge of VLAN is advantageous

Firewall experience with FortiNet or a similar firewall environment is advantageous

Managing backups with using Veeam or similar is advantageous

Managing render applications and servers is advantageous

Rocky Linux experience would be advantageous

Experience with Proxmox is advantageous

Google Workspace Administration advantageous
