ICT System Engineer

• Manage and configure Azure cloud platform for IT services
• Plan, evaluate, migrate, develop, implement, configure, test, and update IT infrastructure systems
• Transition new systems into productive operation
• Coordinate with external service providers as needed
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
• Handle incident and change management
• Document ICT infrastructure and processes
• Participate in a 24×7 on-call service rotation
• Implement new ICT services where required
• Report on ICT service performance
• Conduct capacity planning for ICT resources
• Apply ITIL-based processes in the network and infrastructure environment
• Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
• Organize training sessions and workshops on ICT infrastructure topics
• Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on ICT-related topics

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in system administration of complex, multinational ICT infrastructures
• Microsoft certification: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher
• Proven hands-on experience with:• Implementation and operations of Azure services
• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID management
• Executing infrastructure changes with high accuracy and reliability

• Strong focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Self-driven and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Skilled in working effectively with international and cross-functional teams
