At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced ICT Application Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Handle various types of requests to administrate the applications (mainly non development ones);
• Providing and leading technical support;
• Gathering demands on changes and improvements (documenting them) for the system and communication with developers to implement the necessary changes and updates;
• Preparing analysis and specifications;
• Reporting bugs and incidents including writing bug reports;
• Utilize DevOps environment for conducting and tracking;
• Covering the testing phase of software life cycle with capability to write test scenarios, test new developed functionality, report findings and ensure fixes are properly deployed;
• Performing any other task as requested by the management of the ICT and business teams, in line with the scope of the service;
• Performing general system administration tasks such as user account management and permission control;
• Identifying improvement opportunities of the current application functionality;
• Train the end users and administrators of the system with all user profiles;
• Preparing and creating training materials, and various types of user / administrators' manuals;
• Supporting deployment and implementation phase of digital systems and tools;
• Coordinating with ICT team and external contractors to configure and update digital tools;
• Proactive communication with stakeholders;
• Monitoring system health and reporting any performance concerns;
• Verifying the effectiveness of implemented security measures;
• Executing data input and migration of information from previous databases and files to the new system;
• Technical IT expertise to solve technical urgent issues with the system;
• Leading the activities to increase the application awareness and building the engagement among end users;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.


Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, or related field;
• 9 years of experience as application manager, application support;
• Proven experience managing and supporting enterprise applications;
• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365;
• Strong knowledge of:
• Application Support (2nd & 3rd level);
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes;

• Hands-on experience with DevOps / ticketing / issue tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent);
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes;
• Experience with:
• user account and permission management;
• application monitoring and basic performance metrics;

• Ability to train end users and system administrators across different user profiles;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
