About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven ICT Account / National Sales Manager to lead our Australian sales function and drive growth across enterprise, corporate, and public sector clients.
This is a national role where you’ll manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored ICT solutions that create real impact. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior sales team members and shaping our go-to-market strategy across Australia.
Your key duties will include:
Drive Sales & Growth
• Identify, develop and convert opportunities for ICT products, enterprise software, and managed services
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to grow long-term revenue
• Develop and present tailored ICT solutions aligned to customer needs
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions
Manage Key Accounts
• Oversee a national portfolio of enterprise customers
• Develop account strategies to maximise growth and retention
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions
Lead & Collaborate
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales and account management staff
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Work closely with ANZ leadership to align on regional growth initiatives
Shape Strategy & Market Positioning
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and pricing strategies
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Requirements:
Essential
• 5+ years’ experience in ICT sales, account management, or business development
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing complex solution-based deals
• Experience managing enterprise or multi-territory accounts
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with technical teams to deliver ICT solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
• Experience across ANZ or multi-country markets
• Exposure to public sector or enterprise procurement processes
• Knowledge of cloud, managed services, or emerging ICT technologies
