Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Icelandic Speaking Tech Support Specialist to support a leading streaming service, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Greece. In this role, you will assist Icelandic-speaking customers by providing expert technical support, ensuring seamless access and enjoyment of the streaming platform.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support in Icelandic via phone, email, and chat to customers using the streaming service
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and streaming issues promptly
• Guide customers through product features and usage instructions
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback
• Stay updated on platform updates, new features, and technical best practices
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Please state your nationality and native language clearly in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the streaming or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from any location within Greece
• Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage
