Role Overview:
The ICC Events Executive will support the Events team to ensure all client events run smoothly, providing high-level support and attention to detail for each event at Palazzo Ezulwini.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and execution of events, ensuring all client requirements are met.

• Help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.

• Maintain event schedules and assist in setting up venues and event spaces.

• Provide logistical support and monitor progress throughout the event.

• Address on-site client requests and ensure all service aspects are covered.

• Ensure that events are fully documented, including post-event feedback.
