Looking for 5+yrs exp in Websphere and 2+yrs exp in IBM/BPM
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
* IBM BPM 7.5/8.0/8.5 Administration Experience.
* IBM BPM Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server and Deployment manager.
* WebSphere Administration.
* Production Support Skills for the IBM BPM Environment.
* Shell Scripting and knowledge of Linux.
* Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM.
* Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache or IBM http server and it’s integration with IBM BPM.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
* Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Administration.
* General WebSphere Admin experience.
* Experience with Messaging products like IBM MQ.
* Familiarity with Java.
