Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.

Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation.

Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

Proficiency in PAW, TM1 Web, and PAfE.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with incident resolution and enhancement delivery.

Familiarity with release management practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
