We are seeking experienced IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Developers and Testers to design, build, validate, and support rule-based decision services for enterprise applications. These roles typically support large-scale programs in domains such as finance and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on accuracy, performance, and scalability of decision logic.

Requirements:
IBM ODM – Developer Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business rules using IBM ODM 8.x or higher, including decision tables, rule flows, and BOM customization.
• Integrate ODM decision services with Java/J2EE applications, REST APIs, web services, XML, and relational databases.
• Work with SQL / PL-SQL and databases such as Oracle to support rule execution and data handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to migrate and modernize legacy rule implementations (e.g., JRules).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for rule-based services.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to rule execution and decision services.

IBM ODM – Tester Responsibilities

• Perform unit, integration, and validation testing of decision services using tools such as JUnit.
• Validate business rules for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with functional requirements.
• Debug rule execution issues and support defect resolution across environments.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and validation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with defined testing standards and methodologies.

Key Qualifications

• Strong expertise in IBM ODM / BRMS and business rule authoring.
• Proficiency in Java, Unix/Linux environments, and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Experience with data transformation, APIs, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
