VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for IBM Message Broker Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill set required:

• 5-6 years of experience on Software Development/Maintenance using Java/JEE technology

• At least 4 years hands on development experience in IBM WebSphere Message Broker 7 or above, ESQL, JMS, XML, XPath, JDBC.

• Hands of experience in the Eclipse IDE/IBM Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Message Queueing, WebSphere Application Server 7.0 or above

• Expert in using Message Broker Toolkit and WebSphere Message Broker

• Hands on experience with IBM Process Server, Business Monitor would be a plus.

• Experience with Soap UI, Rfhutil, version -control tools like Clearcase, SVN.

• Extensive experience in Database Stored Procedure with Oracle/DB2/SQL Server.

• Experience in developing/consuming third - party Web Services/Interfaces

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Excellent team player with problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities

Required Qualifications

Minimum Graduation with computer specialization

Relevant Certifications will add value

Roles and Responsibility

• Understand requirements and design of the modules/components assigned

• Assist Analyst/Designers in Analysis and Design for the project

• Assist in establishing and maintaining any project specific standards, guidelines, checklists and templates

• Detailed design of modules/components assigned, if required

• Prepare Unit test plans, test cases and test scripts

• Implement/develop the message flow code as per module/component design

• Unit testing

• Assist in preparation of Integration and System Test Plans and System Test Plan

• Support integration testing, system testing and UAT

• Participate in review of project artefacts Resolving any defects reported in modules/components assigned

• Participate in integration testing, system testing and UAT

• Understand the requirements of maintenance/support request assigned

• Impact analysis of maintenance/support requirements

• Update the code regularly into the source code management system.

• Attend the technical discussion with the project team as well as with the external entities.

• Prepare technical presentations as required by the project.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
