Job Title : IBM Maximo

Location : Berlin, CT

Duration : Full/Permanent

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 6 years of overall experience with extensive knowledge of the Utilities domain and hands on experience in implementing complete lifecycles of Maximo EAM solution across business functions for large business

• At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Design /Detailing of Processes

• At least 5 years of working experience in various functional and technical modules within Maximo

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Program Management and thought leadership

• Conduct training on Domain and Technology within the EAM practice

• Anchor large pursuits, develop and review proposals

• Contribute to talent management processes
