--> Strong experience in Integration/IIB & MQ space with 5-7 years of experience.
--> Possess a firm understanding of object-oriented analysis and design
--> Define and provide continuous improvement of Integration processes and procedures based on industry standards
--> Provide best practices for all aspects of the project lifecycle and deliver quality solutions that meet business requirements
--> Provide technical vision and subject matter expertise for integration technologies
--> Coordinate activities with other internal and external organizations assigned to projects
--> Evaluate and select technical solutions based on business requirements and standards
--> Provide support to projects in understanding and negotiating requirements from multiple and diverse stakeholders
--> Collects, documents, and diagrams business system design and data flows
--> Strong in Core Java
