IBM FileNet Document Management ,

Preferred

· At least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.
· Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.
· Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
· Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances project requirements.
· Excellent software demonstration skills with critical-thinking and analytical skills.
· Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.
· Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet.
· Has experience in Tool evaluation and recommendation in ECM space.
· Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations.
· Should have experience in working with Global teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Basic

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
