Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM / IBM BAW Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
• Design and develop processes using IBM BPM / BAW.
• Develop Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UI.
• Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and process design documents.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with IBM BPM or IBM BAW.
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation.
• Experience with:
• Java / JavaScript
• RESTful Web Services
• SQL

• Experience integrating with third-party systems.
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IBM BRMS.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
