We are currently seeking an IBM BPM Development Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and implementation of IBM BPM solutions, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, efficient, and effective process management services.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IBM BPM technologies, a proven track record in managing development teams, and the ability to drive process improvements. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IBM BPM development team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure delivery of high-quality BPM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IBM BPM applications.
• Design and implement innovative BPM processes using IBM BPM tools, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and maintenance.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of solutions in alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process models, technical specifications, and user training materials.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing BPM systems, resolving any technical issues that arise.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IBM BPM technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on IBM BPM solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in a management or team lead role overseeing BPM development.
• Strong expertise in IBM BPM tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering complex BPM projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile methodology and project management practices.
• IBM BPM certification is a plus.
