Job Description

工作职责

1、负责IATF16949质量体系的建立：

（1）质量手册、程序文件等体系文件的编制、修订

（2）负责公司各个部门内审员的培训

（3）以新产品为切入点，推动&指导IATF16949质量体系在各部门的执行（落地）

（4）监督、指导和维护体系运行工作，跟进问题的闭环管理，推进质量体系持续改进

2．负责IATF16949内审、客户审核、及第三方审核工作，跟踪并推进问题整改、关闭

3．负责体系文件的受控管理

4. 负责质量部门的一些其它工作（如：质量数据的录入等）

职位要求：

1. 大学本科学历（工科专业优先）

2. 从事汽车零部件质量体系管理工作5年以上经验

3. 熟练掌握IATF16949质量体系，能独立做（起草、指导）体系文件，并跟进落实。有IATF 16949质量手册、及程序文件编写工作经历，能主持编写IATF 16949质量手册、程序文件等体系文件

4. 熟悉APQP、PPAP、MSA、FMEA、SPC等质量工具

5.可以按照IATF16949的要求改进过程质量

6. 有较强的沟通、协调能力

7. 具有IATF16949内审员资质和IATF16949质量体系建立工作经验优先
