Position Details:
Job Title:                      IAM technical product manager
Duration:                      1 year. Potential to extend or convert.
Location:                      Foster City, CA

Job Description:
This position is for an IAM technical product manager who must be able to plan, direct, and coordinate activities within the IAM program.

Responsibilities:
•    Management of technical product management functions including business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, meeting critical milestones and deliverables that are time and scope boxed
•    Heavy collaboration across business and technology organization, providing sound business analysis, process and change leadership
•    Working with limited direction, usually within a complex and evolving environment, to drive delivery of solutions while influencing cultural change
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines.
•    Work with Product Owners to continually evaluate product capabilities and provide guidance to product road-map and strategy

Qualifications:
•    5-7 or more years of relevant experience in technical product and program management
•    Strong analytical skills to develop technical and functional requirements, use cases, user story maps and other related artifacts.
•    Experience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long term product goals.
•    Reputation for being a collaborative thought partner and business leader, skilled at establishing formal and informal networks within the company
•    Strong coordination skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate large scale planning, development and user acceptance testing efforts
•    Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Experience with IAM

Project/Team:
•    This is Sr level position
•    Team has TPMs and BAs
•    They will primarily be working with IAM development team, IAM QA team and business stakeholders
•    Work with development team, get the expectations of stakeholders, creating and maintaining product plans
•    Independent and stand alone players
•    Not only working with developers, able to create technical product plans, must have PM components too.

Technical Skills:
•    IAM exp: 3-5 years exp
•    Experience in IAM who is comfortable technically and hands-on
•    Till bit as a TPM, not strictly PM and not strictly PM role.
•    Definitely not of development level, but should understand architecture and design of product
•    Prefer Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent domain – it’s a must
•    Should come from Access Management background
