Job Description

The Business Analyst will be a key member of a small team which supports the Global Head of IAM, responsible for translating business and strategic needs into clear, actionable requirements and working with technology and operational teams to deliver effective solutions.

The successful candidate will partner closely with IAM functions and stakeholders to ensure portfolio planning, governance, and day‑to‑day business execution, while providing support and oversight of key initiatives, process improvements, financial tracking, SOP98 activities, and reporting.

This is a pivotal role helping to drive strategy enablement, operating model development, and disciplined execution across a growing portfolio of IAM work, developing strong stakeholder relationships, shaping detailed requirements, and promoting alignment on priorities.

Working with delivery, finance, procurement, and governance partners, the Business Analyst will define and prioritize work, validate outcomes, and enhance transparency through metrics, documentation, and structured reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, apply business analysis expertise to deliver high quality outcomes
• Support portfolio governance by maintaining views of the IAM book of work, tracking status, dependencies, risks, and issues, and preparing materials for leadership and governance forums
• Coordinate business case and initiative documentation, ensuring that scope, benefits, timelines, and financials are clearly articulated and contribute to project health monitoring for senior leadership review
• Support oversight of SOP98-related work by monitoring status, reviewing inputs for completeness and consistency, and escalating issues or challenges where needed
• Facilitate and document process mapping activities to capture current-state workflows, identify pain points, and outline pragmatic opportunities for simplification and improvement
• Support strategy and planning activities by organizing inputs, synthesizing key themes, and preparing clear, concise materials for senior leadership reviews
• Provide regular support for financial oversight across the portfolio, including collecting and organizing financial inputs, supporting variance analysis, and preparing summary views for stakeholders
• Develop and enhance metrics and dashboards that improve visibility into work portfolio, operational performance, risks, and progress against key objectives
• Contribute to recurring reporting routines by assembling and quality‑checking content for monthly or quarterly updates, business reviews, and other stakeholder communications
• Create and maintain “how‑to” guides, playbooks, and standard templates that describe core IAM Strategy & Operations processes and help reduce single points of failure
• Maintain organized, accessible knowledge repositories and trackers so that portfolio, financial, process, and operating model documentation remains current and reusable
• Enable cross‑training and onboarding within the team by packaging key materials and, where needed, supporting walkthroughs and knowledge‑sharing sessions
• Partner with stakeholders across IAM to collect updates, validate data quality in tracking tools, and ensure a consistent, fact‑based view of delivery health and priorities

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Experience in a business analyst, strategy, or business operations role within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment
• Proven ability to organize and structure business inputs into clear documentation such as process maps, operating model views, and portfolio or initiative summaries
• Experience supporting portfolio-style work, including tracking multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating updates, and preparing materials for governance forums
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and produce clear, executive‑ready insights and summaries
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and beyond), impactful PowerPoint competency, and experience with Power BI are a plus
• Experience supporting financial activities such as budget or forecast inputs, variance tracking, or spend oversight
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard concepts and comfort working with metrics related to delivery, risk, or financial performance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into concise, understandable content for diverse stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and levels
• Demonstrated planning, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed and cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with identity and access management, cybersecurity, or technology risk and governance concepts is desirable
• Competent using standard productivity and collaboration tools to support documentation, analysis, and reporting
