IAM Specialist

Join our team as an IAM Specialist and help ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access across our systems. You’ll work at the intersection of operations, security, and audit - optimizing permissions, reducing risks, and supporting access governance initiatives. This role offers experience with modern tools like AWS, Okta, and Google Workspace, and the opportunity to help expand IAM practices into infrastructure and compliance domains.

Responsibilities::
• Manage access requests and permissions across various Company systems.
• Implement and maintain access management controls, including SOD matrix and Toxic Role Combination control.
• Conduct access reviews and analyze entitlements for excess or conflicts.
• Support external audits by collecting and documenting access-related evidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement access management requirements in line with security and compliance standards.
• Control and reduce redundancy in access rights provisioning.

Requirements::
• 1–2 years of experience in information security, IT support, IAM roles.
• Understanding of RBAC, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and handling access-related requests.
• Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Nice to Have:
• Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT
• Experience supporting audit activities and evidence collection.
• Familiarity with access management controls for databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Linux systems.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation or analysis tasks.
