I-Handle- Upgrade Assembly Trainer-1st Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Operates and services a variety of production machines in an Assemble-to-Order work environment.  Assembles and packs a variety of standard parts, may supply parts of a line or a feeder process.  Must be able to flex (move to another workstation as required).  Must be able to flex to all jobs on the Assemble-to-Order line.  Will occasionally have to transport materials through the plant as needed.  
• Will be required to cross-train on other jobs in home department and other departments as needed.  Records product count, scrap, time etc.
• Disassembles, sorts, repairs, and salvages a variety of product. 
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced  Responsible for a neat, orderly, and safe work area.
• Responsible for label printer operations and minor troubleshooting May be required to complete shipping papers to process complete assemblies  Responsible for identifying and implementing improvement ideas in work area. 
• Will be required to rotate to multiple jobs throughout work day
• Works in a team and is responsible to use own time efficiently.
