Strategic context:

As part of GTMC, the vision of the GTMC Hub I&A pillar is the definition of Sanofi-wide best-in-class processes and strategies for the enablement of impactful business decisions by bringing actionable, data driven insights and analyses that benefit our stakeholders and patients. This includes developing effective and efficient processes, leveraging standardization and best practices across markets and brands, and collaborating closely with business partners.

Main responsibilities:

• Definition and implementation of data operation requirement.

• Standardization demand process and maximum efficiency.

• Leading the way of closely collaboration with hub digital team from data generation, nonstandard HCP DCR management, user support, data cleaning, appealing, and archive;

• Execution WoW between Hub I&A team and Central I&A.

• Direct and maintain the commercial data warehouse and master data management operation.

About you

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor degree

• Above 1-3 years related working experiences of data management

• Strong logical thinking

• Data management tools (SQL, SAS, R, Python etc.) as well as reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI). IT knowledge and skills
