Job Description

SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• Initiate and drive post product Go-Live support and sustainment planning activities
• Onshore-Offshore co-ordination
• Proposing enhancements and new solutions
• Provide assistance to VMware employees and customers to resolve application issues, code bugs and user errors in Hyperion Track
• Provide product post go-live war room support
• Define and reinforce standard methods and processes that eliminate errors and avoid re-work.
• Task allocation and reporting
• Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
