Hygiene Technician

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Healthcare Operator to join our team.

As a Healthcare Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the delivery of Initial Hygiene services. You will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and exceed customer expectations in all aspects of service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled customer visits and complete all service requirements as per the Initial Hygiene protocols
• Obtain proof of service by obtaining signatures on mobile devices
• Ensure the quality of service is maintained at all times
• Provide servicing for various hygiene products and equipment
• Submit all required paperwork on time
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles
• Organize and store the necessary amount of stock for customer visits
• Maintain and clean service equipment and personal protective equipment
• Adhere to company uniform guidelines
• Communicate with customers and colleagues to address service requirements and provide necessary information and assistance
• Report any service issues to the appropriate managers in a timely manner
• Respond to customer queries and provide solutions
• Identify opportunities for upselling and generate sales leads

Requirements:
Competencies

• Must be highly self-motivated and possess a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three (3) CXC 'O' Levels
• Experience in driving a manual transmission vehicle (Class 4 preferred)
• Valid driver's license
