Job Description

Hydro Vac Operator (CDL-B)

Location: Mansfield, PA
Schedule: 24/7 On-Call | Avg. 60 hrs/week

Costy’s Energy Services is hiring Hydro Vac Operators for our Mansfield, PA operation. This is a 24-hour on-call position supporting oil & gas, utility, and industrial job sites. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working long hours in all weather conditions.

Requirements

CDL-B required

Tanker endorsement required

Ability to work 24/7 on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

Responsibilities

Operate hydrovac trucks for non-destructive excavation

Safely expose underground utilities and infrastructure

Perform vehicle and equipment inspections

Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies

Pay & Benefits

$28–$35 per hour

Average 60 hours per week (significant overtime opportunity)
