General Virtual Assistant - Full Time(Entry)

And we’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant - Full Time (Entry) to start immediately

Client’s Industry: Home Health Care / Healthcare Services
Client Location: United States
Schedule: 9-6pm Central time

Goal:
To establish a strong, consistent digital presence that generates inbound patient referrals, improves brand authority, and replaces in-person marketing with scalable online systems—while maintaining efficient back-office operations.

Key Specific Tasks VA Will Do:
Admin / General VA – Secondary Scope
-Order processing
-Billing support
-NOA & PCR workflows
-NOT READY workflow
-UTN workflow
-Claims submission & payment tracking
-Draft NOAs using EMR
-Verify OASIS
-Patient chart verification
-Daily reporting (client to define format)

Note: Background is not required, as they will train the VA with these admin task+tools needed

Software Tools and Websites Required:
Admin / Operations:
-Kingstar (EMR)
-Excel
-Internal billing & claims tools

VA English Communications:
-Reading / Comprehension: AdvancedMust understand healthcare terminology, workflows, and compliance context
-Written: Advanced / ProfessionalMarketing copy, emails, patient-facing content
-Speaking: FluentMinimal accent preferred (especially for B2B referral communication)

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
