We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Recruiter who’s ready to take full ownership of the hiring journey — from sourcing to offer. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, shape recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way.                                       

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Leverage job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms to expand our reach
• Keep communication flowing with candidates and internal teams
• Manage background checks and reference verifications
• Collaborate with the TA team on hiring initiatives and process improvements

Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for building effective recruiting strategies.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ATS platforms.

Required to report to office minimum 2 times/week

Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and independence.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Automotive industry experience is a bonus.
