We seek a detail-oriented and proactive New Commercial HVACR Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, along with three to five years of field experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of project scheduling and proficiency in construction management software.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for tracking project progress and documentation.
Prepare and review schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of milestones.
Manage project estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments.
Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Skills
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Proficiency in construction management software, including ProCore.
Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 - $110,000 per year
