Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Service Advisor to assist in managing the daily responsibilities for our HVACR division at the La Grange Park, Illinois location.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. This individual will coordinate the filed activities within our HVACR service division. This position requires building strong working with relationships with our team, customers, and vendors. The Associate Service Advisor will work closely with the HVACR Project Manager to provide accurate proposals/estimates for repairs/new jobs to customers in a timely manner. This person will need to work with vendors to order and schedule equipment and parts needed for each job. They will need to generate accurate Notice of Award's (NOA's) submissions and create job folders for each approved job. The Associate Service Advisor will be an integral member of the HVACR team and participate in weekly internal meetings to ensure all customer needs are being met timely and efficiently.
Standard Working Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Primary Job Function: This is a full-time office position that requires building strong relationships with our customers while balancing schedules, ordering equipment and materials, and invoicing accurately.
Required Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in the HVACR/Construction industry is preferred, but not required
Experience working with Procore construction management software is preferred, but not required
Maintain professionalism with your words and actions
Excellent communication skills are needed, both verbally and written
Must work well under pressure and have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines consistently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
Strong math aptitude is helpful when compiling accurate proposals, ordering equipment/materials, and invoicing timely
Ability to multi-task and follow through on customer commitments
