HVAC Technician

As an HVAC Technician at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and team members. You will work under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor or Facilities Manager to perform HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Trade certification or diploma in HVAC technology, refrigeration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
• Proficiency in HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform HVAC tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
