• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

• Carry out preventive maintenance as per the resort’s planned maintenance schedule.

• Attend to guest room complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly and professionally.

• Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency and optimal operation.

• Identify faults, carry out repairs, and recommend system improvements when required.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with resort SOPs, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

• Coordinate with other Engineering team members and external contractors when required.

• Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC experience in a resort or hotel environment (Maldives experience preferred).

• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
