We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems including Split Unit, Package unit, FCUs, AHUs, VRF in residential and commercial buildings throughout the city.

• Install, maintain, and repair AC units, systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems using various testing devices
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulations
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on systems and equipment
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate HVAC work with other systems
• Respond to emergency calls and provide timely solutions to issues
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Adapt to working in various environmental conditions, including hot climate

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in mechanical systems preferred
• 7-10 years of experience as an HVAC technician in residential and commercial settings
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and wiring
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations in Dubai
• Experience with testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Skilled in using various hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when necessary
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
