We are looking for a Thermal Systems Engineer  to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes: 

• Defines target performance of components used on air conditioning, heating and air filtration systems;
• Performs 1D simulation of the A/C loop, ensuring that, by applying the components he has selected, the vehicle-level target performance will be respected;
• Supports the supplier selection for air conditioning, heating and air filtration components and sub-systems, by providing technical evaluations of the proposals coming from each suitable supplier;
• Defines requirements for HVAC controls SW and ensures that they are respected in the implementation.
• Follows bench and vehicle-level testing activities, providing technical reports;
• Provides regular and timely reporting of the status of projects he is following;
• Provides expertise to product line leaders and chief engineers;
• Supports technological evolution of A/C systems.

• University Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in engineering automotive or off highway Thermal Systems applications;
• 3+ years’ experience using 1D simulation tools;
• Knowledge of alternate refrigerants is an asset;
• Knowledge of system using embedded SW is an asset;
• Active leadership in resolution of technical issues;
