We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with 4+ years of experience to join our team in the Phoenix area. This is an hourly, commission-free role—designed for technicians who want to focus on diagnostic mastery, precision repairs, and building customer confidence, not upselling.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Install compressors, coils, TXVs, reversing valves, and other critical components with precision.

Run recalls, warranty calls, and pre-sold work with professionalism and technical excellence.

Support revenue-producing technicians by executing the work they win—never undermining, always collaborating.

Build customer confidence by resolving persistent service issues and de-escalating concerns.

Occasionally assist with replacement installs.
