Job Description

Position Summary

Super Service Today is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues

Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers

Complete service documentation accurately and timely

Maintain compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies

Represent Super Service Today professionally at all customer locations

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience

EPA Certification required

HVAC license preferred (licensed candidates strongly encouraged to apply)

Non-licensed technicians considered with strong experience and certifications

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record

Preferred Skills

Experience with residential systems

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

Familiarity with digital dispatching or service software (a plus)
