Position Summary: We are looking for a Intermediate to Senior level HVAC Service technician to perform maintenance appointments and diagnostics on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems, and provide the customer with a high-quality experience. Inspections are performed according to company and industry standards.

Work start and end time: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (On call - Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

General Qualifications needed for this position:

High personal integrity

Clean criminal record

Drug free

Professional appearance required

Must have HVAC service experience

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Clean or near clean driving record

Must be able to be honest, no matter what

Motivated work ethic

Desire to learn

Technical Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints

Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Experience making repair and replacement decisions

Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

EPA 608 Certification

These skills will help with pay and likelihood of hire:

Experience / Training in the HVAC field

Customer service and general problem solving

Customer / coworker references are a plus

Existing ownership of applicable tools

Experience with measureQuick and ServiceTitan

Nate Certification
