This is a full-time, paid employment opportunity designed specifically for individuals new to the HVAC industry. Prior industry experience is not required and will not be prioritized for this role.

NOTE: This is a registered apprenticeship program with the State of Arizona with the opportunity to complete a four year program.

Program Commitment
Air Control Home Services makes a significant investment in your training and development. In return, participants are expected to commit to two years of full-time employment with the company following successful completion of the training program.
What It Takes to Be Successful
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and serious about building a career.
Qualified candidates will:
Consistently show up on time and ready to work
Be coachable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade
Demonstrate a committed work history (multiple short-term jobs may disqualify candidates)
Have at least one year of experience in a role with responsibility
Be comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops (technical proficiency is required)
Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Be seeking a long-term career—not just another job
What You’ll Be Doing
During training and beyond, you will:
Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals
Learn HVAC service, maintenance and repair skills
Complete hands-on field training while earning a paycheck
Work 40 hours per week during training
Progress through performance milestones tied to pay growth
Graduate into a Maintenance Technician role upon completion
Pay Transparency
After training, Maintenance Technicians earn compensation through a combination of hourly pay, flat-rate work, and commission opportunities. Because work types and service needs vary daily, earnings may fluctuate. This pay structure allows technicians to significantly increase their income based on performance and services provided.
High-performing technicians typically earn strong six-figure annual income.
Attendance Requirement
The training program lasts approximately 3 months and requires perfect attendance.
No pre-approved or planned absences will be permitted
Failure to meet attendance requirements will result in removal from the program
