HVAC Service Technician 10K Signing Bonus

Job Duties

Maintain, Service and Repair in home Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation equipment of all various types

Process and handle internal and external paperwork in regards to all customer work performed

Use both common and proprietary concepts , practices and procedures to handle your daily duties

Handle your On-Call rotations including {nights/weekends/holidays}

Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials

Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction while developing great rapport

Experience Needed to Win

Minimum of 2 years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience

EPA Certified

High School diploma or equivalent

Skills Needed to Win

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

High Energy and Highly Motivated

Detail Oriented

Able to Multi-task

Honesty and Integrity

Mechanically inclined

Able to distinguish between different Plumbing systems and make repairs

Self-Motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team

Maintain a Professional Company Image at all times

Valid PA driver’s License with a good driving record

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Excellent written and verbal skills

Physical Requirements

Able to work in extreme temperatures

Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Able to lift over 50 pounds

Able to work extended daily work hours

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call

Pay Scale

$75,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and work ethic

Heavily commissioned for sales and bonuses available frequently
