Job Description

R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc., a family-owned and operated business since 1973, has built a strong reputation as a top workplace and a trusted name in the HVAC industry. With over 50 years of experience, we are proud to serve our community.

We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our New Port Richey location, where we foster a positive, ethical, and supportive work environment. Compensation is $16-$18 plus Commission & Spiffs and benefits.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
Ability to perform routine maintenance, including duct cleaning, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system tune-ups.
Strong customer service skills.
Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance on HVAC systems.
Duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality.
Troubleshoot minor issues and provide maintenance reports.
Ensure safety and cleanliness on all jobs.
