What You’ll Do:

Take the lead on
complete residential HVAC installations

Guide and support junior installers or helpers on job sites

Read and interpret
blueprints and technical specs

Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards

Maintain clear communication with project managers, team members, and homeowners

Keep job sites and company vehicles clean, safe, and organized

Track job progress, address issues, and keep projects on schedule

Represent our company with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

3 to 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)

Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings

Your own set of tools for installation work

Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Bonus Points For:

EPA Certification

Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
