What You’ll Do

Run qualified company-provided leads (no cold calling)

Perform in-home comfort evaluations

Identify homeowner needs and pain points

Present equipment and financing options

Close sales on the first visit when appropriate

Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

Follow up and communicate with install teams

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in HVAC sales or in-home sales (preferred)

Strong closing ability

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to overcome price objections with confidence

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
