Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in various settings, including commercial and industrial environments. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all systems are installed efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, in various commercial and industrial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections on HVAC systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.
- Perform repairs and replacements on HVAC equipment, including compressors, condensers, and ductwork as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks in the shop and on job sites.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer, with a strong background in installing HVAC systems.
- Experience with equipment installation, repair, and replacement.
- Experience in installer roles and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Familiarity with HVAC installation practices and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for HVAC installation and repair.
- Strong experience with service technician roles and customer service principles.
- Ability to drive a vehicle and maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation practices.
- Experience with equipment installation, repair, and replacement.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:

Base pay range: The minimum salary is $25.00 and the max salary is $35.00.
