Key Responsibilities:
As a Refrigeration Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our team, handling:

Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Installations: Execute installations of refrigeration systems, VRF solutions, and other HVAC/R technologies.

Commissioning: Test and certify systems to meet operational and safety standards.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Collaboration: Work with a team to deliver seamless design-build solutions for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly professional, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Key requirements include:

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of commercial HVAC/R systems with an emphasis on refrigeration.

Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Character Fit: High integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiables.

Relocation Details:
Anchorage is a vibrant city offering adventure, opportunity, and a high quality of life. If you’re not already in the area, you will need to relocate within 3 weeks of hire.
