We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled 4th or 5th Year HVAC/R Apprentice to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven individual who is looking to further develop their career in a supportive, safety-focused, and professional environment.

Position Overview

As an HVAC/R Service Technician or Piping Installer, you will work alongside experienced journeypersons and project teams to install, service, and maintain HVAC/R systems across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You will be expected to demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems

Perform piping installation, repairs, and system modifications in accordance with drawings and specifications

Support commissioning and start-up activities

Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and union requirements

Maintain accurate service and work documentation

Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and clients

Represent the company professionally on job sites

Qualifications & Requirements

Registered 4th or 5th Year HVAC/R Apprentice (313A)

Member in good standing with UA Local 787

G2 Gas Technician License or higher (required)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent work ethic and commitment to safety
