Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define goals and requirements

Oversee system commissioning, testing, and final delivery

Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction

Budget & Cost Control

Create, monitor, and manage project budgets

Track variances and implement corrective actions to stay on target

Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define goals and requirements

Scheduling, Coordination and Resource Management

Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met

Allocate tasks and resources efficiently across teams and vendors

Adjust staffing and resources based on project needs

Quality Assurance & Client Communication

Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and industry requirements

Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables

Act as primary point of contact for clients

Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly

Team Leadership

Lead, support, and motivate project teams

Foster collaboration, accountability, and productivity

Continuous Improvement

Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance

Identify lessons learned and implement process improvements

Qualifications:
Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or in a similar role in commercial HVAC industry.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Florida code and general construction processes.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
