We are growing and are looking to add to our team! The HVAC New Construction Installer will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems for our light commercial customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install HVAC systems and their components.
Install ductwork, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using specialized tools and equipment.
Communicate with supervisor throughout the job to ensure timely work and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order.
Develop and follow work instructions.
Keep area clean and organized.
Promote safety, teamwork, and cooperation.
Participate in meetings, workshops, training and seminars, as assigned.
Respond to emergency situations during or after hours.
Occasionally travel out of town for work assignments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanically inclined.
Experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer helpful.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on ladders and in high places.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred.
Must provide own hand tools.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
