HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our New Port Richey location. This role offers the opportunity to work in a positive, ethical, and supportive environment with room for growth.

Compensation:

• $16–$18 per hour, plus commission, spiffs, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, including duct cleaning, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system tune-ups
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Complete duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality
• Identify and troubleshoot minor system issues
• Provide accurate service and maintenance reports
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job
