We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Orlando team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience

Experience performing routine maintenance, including:

Duct cleaning

Filter changes

Coil cleaning

System inspections and tune-ups

Strong customer service and communication skills

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems

Complete duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality

Troubleshoot minor issues and document maintenance findings

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all job sites

Provide courteous, professional service to customers
