As a Residential HVAC Installer at Sila, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide superior HVAC installations for our residential customers. Working in a crew of two, alongside an Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Lead Installer Success Metrics::
• Install residential HVAC systems to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• Complete installations efficiently within established timeframes, minimizing callbacks and rework
• Ensure high-quality workmanship on every install, aiming for first-time installation success
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process, addressing questions or concerns as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and represent the company professionally at all times
• Lead and support the Install Apprentice, providing hands-on guidance and coaching during installations
• Monitor apprentice progress and provide feedback to support skill development and growth
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Accurately document installation details, equipment installed, and any modifications in company systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, on-time project completion
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, arriving on time to job sites and scheduled appointments
• Participate in training and continuing education to stay current on equipment, installation techniques, and best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support installation and team operation
